Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Donations Are Final

All donations made through FundBridge are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed and confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.

2. Why Donations Are Non-Refundable

  • Donations are sent directly to campaign creators' crypto wallets
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design
  • Campaign creators may have already started using the funds
  • We do not hold or custody any user funds

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Technical Errors: If a donation was processed due to a system error
  • Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same donation
  • Fraud: If your payment method was used without your authorization
