1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FundBridge ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FundBridge.

2. Description of Service

FundBridge is a crowdfunding platform that connects campaign creators with donors. We provide:

Campaign creation and management tools
Multi-gateway payment processing (MoonPay, Transak, Ramp)
Blockchain-based fund locking and distribution
Admin approval system for campaign moderation
Real-time donation tracking and analytics
Anonymous donor contributions

3. User Accounts

                        Campaign Creators
                        Must provide accurate and truthful information
Must verify their identity when required
Campaigns are subject to admin approval
Must be 18 years or older
Responsible for campaign content and promises

                    

                        Donors
                        No registration required
Donations are anonymous by default
Must be 18 years or older
Responsible for verifying campaign legitimacy
Donations are final and non-refundable

                    

4. Campaign Guidelines

Campaigns must comply with the following rules:

Be truthful, accurate, and not misleading
Not promote illegal activities, hate speech, or discrimination
Not infringe on intellectual property rights
Not be fraudulent or deceptive
Not raise funds for prohibited activities
Clearly state how funds will be used
Provide regular updates to donors

Prohibited Campaigns: Illegal activities, weapons, gambling, adult content, hate speech, discrimination, and fraudulent schemes.

5. Payments and Fees

                        For Donors
                        Payment processing fees are included in the transaction
Donors pay the displayed amount plus applicable gateway fees
All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (MATIC)
Exchange rates are determined by payment gateways

                    

                        For Campaign Creators
                        Platform fee: 5% of total funds raised
Payment gateway fees: Additional (varies by gateway)
Blockchain gas fees: Paid by the platform
Payouts distributed via smart contract on Polygon network

                    

6. Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable. Donors should carefully research campaigns before contributing.

Exceptions may be made in cases of:

Proven fraud or campaign misuse
Technical errors causing duplicate payments
Legal requirements or court orders

If you believe a refund is warranted, contact support@fundbridge.com with transaction details.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their campaign content
Users grant FundBridge a license to display and promote campaign materials
Platform code, design, and branding are owned by FundBridge
Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform code
All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners

8. Liability Disclaimer

FundBridge is a platform provider. We are not responsible for:

Campaign outcomes, success, or failure
Third-party payment processing issues
Blockchain network failures or delays
Disputes between creators and donors
Loss of funds due to wallet security issues
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Note: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violating these Terms
Fraud, illegal activity, or misuse will result in immediate termination
Funds may be frozen during investigation
Users can request account deletion at any time
Termination does not affect pending legal obligations

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your State/Country].
